  • The TSRMBD is an accessory which can be used with the magnetically driven heavy-duty sample transporters. Wherever these are used in vertical orientation and have a certain length, the TSRMBD enables easy handling of linear as well as rotary motion from the front (bottom) of the manipulator.

    For quick elevation over longer distances, the belt can be used, simply pulling it by hand.
    The hand wheels serve for precise linear and rotary positioning.

    Larger hand wheels for quicker rotation are available (Product Code: TSRMBD(BW)).

    Employment of an IVBR in-vacuum brake for the sample transporter's inner shaft is always recommended for safety reasons.

    • Compatibility: Heavy-Duty Sample Transporters (RM40, RMJ40, RMD40, RMJG40, RMDG40, RMHS40)
    • Belt Drive: Includes toothed belt for linear drive
    • Manual Hand Wheels: Precision motion by small hand wheels
    • Bakeout Temperature: 200 °C max. (Belt must be removed)
