Prepare semiconductor surfaces like Si 7x7 reconstructions efficiently with our SHOMDCRA series sample plates. Designed for direct current heating, these holders feature a robust construction of Molybdenum and Al2O3, securing samples with two Mo strips. The central opening allows for optical access from the rear.
Choose the SHOMDCRA for electrically isolated contacts via Al2O3 washers, or the SHOMDCRA(N) for a permanently grounded sample side using metallic (Mo) spacers.
The RECOMDCRA receiver provides the necessary isolated contact rails for easy wiring.
