Prepare semiconductor surfaces like Si 7x7 reconstructions efficiently with our SHOMDC series sample plates. Designed for direct current heating, these holders feature a robust construction of Molybdenum and Al2O3, securing samples with two Mo strips.
Choose the SHOMDC for electrically isolated contacts via Al2O3 washers, or the SHOMDC(N) for a permanently grounded sample side using metallic (Mo) spacers.
The RECOMDC receiver provides the necessary isolated contact rails for easy wiring.
