  • The SCOM2X6 is a high-capacity sample carrier engineered to significantly enhance sample storage and transfer within ultra high vacuum (UHV) systems.

    Designed to hold 12 flag style sample plates in a 2x6 configuration, this rail enables equal optical and instrument access to the parking spots of each rail.

    • Sample Capacity: 12 (2x6) flag style sample plates  
    • Rail Length: 135mm
    • Adapter: Straight (in-line) adapter for 8mm shaft included
    • Bakeout Temperature: Max. 200°C
